Who We Are

Mission: To serve men and women recently released from jail or prison by supporting, inspiring, and providing direction through Christ-centered mentoring.

Second Chance Support Network is a nonprofit Christian mentoring program dedicated to supporting men and women transitioning from jail or prison. Founded over a decade ago, we provide personalized guidance and practical resources to help individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community. Through partnerships with local organizations, churches, and community groups, we offer hope, encouragement, and opportunities for personal growth.

What We Do

We empower individuals through:

  • Mentorship: Facilitating one-on-one mentoring relationships to provide guidance, accountability, and a listening ear in a supportive and faith-based environment.
  • Job Readiness and Placement: Assisting clients with skill-building, resume preparation, and interview coaching to help them secure employment despite the challenges of a criminal past.
  • Community Integration: Helping clients set and achieve personal goals, connect with local resources, and find faith groups or supportive networks.

Through regular meetings and dedicated support, we strive to build trust, foster personal growth, and create lasting change, one person at a time. Our goal is to provide the tools and encouragement clients need to achieve long-term success and stability.
